In this information age, electronics are booming. Where there was the Walkman, now there is the iPod. And this is more evident than ever in home electronics.
CRT televisions have been replaced by high definition plasma screens, LCDs. LEDs and what not. Where a normal CD deck would have sufficed, people are now shifting to multi disc changers with Blu-Ray compatibility. Wires are being replaced by Bluetooth connections. Cable television has been replaced with satellite reception. We’re witnessing a paradigm shift, not unlike when color television was first introduced. Back then, everyone thought it would be too expensive and ridiculous, but in a couple of years, we all had it. That’s the way technology works, I guess.
